* ECOURTS SERVICES MOBILE APP ->
The eCourts services mobile application won the Digital India award for being the nation's most innovative source of court information. Both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store provide the eCourts Services mobile application. Through this mobile app, users can view case status, cause lists, and court orders, making these services accessible around-the-clock. It is a helpful tool for judges, attorneys, litigants, police, government organisations, and other parties involved. It makes it easier to find information on cases that are currently in the court system using a variety of criteria, such the CNR [a unique number assigned to each case filed in a district or taluka court], the names of the parties and solicitors, the FIR number, the type of case, or the applicable Act.
* The eCourts Mission Mode Project is a Pan-India Project for District Courts that is overseen and funded by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
* Features of the eCourts Services App
The app offers information on Cases filed in the country's High Courts and the majority of Subordinate Courts. Only District Courts, the High Court, or both may use this. The app's default setting is District Courts, but you can change it to High Court or Both. Decide what you need, then set up your settings to meet those needs.
Citizens, litigants, attorneys, police, government agencies, and other institutional litigants can all benefit from using the eCourts Services App.
By CNR, Case Status, Cause List, Calendar, and My Cases, you can search.
Every case filed in District and Taluka Courts across the nation is given a special number called a CNR by the Case Information System. One can learn the case's status and specifics by just entering the CNR. Case Number, Party Name, Filing Number, FIR Number, Advocate Name, Relevant Act of the Case, and Case Type are just a few of the criteria that can be used to look for case status.
