With the app you can create private groups, invite, and manage members.

In the calendar you can create events / bookable times. Choose time, place, number of participants etc. Then let the members write up at the times they are interested in or add / remove participants manually.

Adjust the group settings so that the group fits you. For example, you can set:

- One or more participants, with or without reserve places
- Allow cancellations X hours in advance
- Public or hidden list of participants
