The collection center's (CC) primary job is to create the bags and hand over the created bags to visiting FE with a proper handshake mechanism. And if the CC is cash enabled user can even hand over the cash to the FE with a proper handshake mechanism.CC can even hand over the bag by self to the lab with a proper handshake mechanism even CC user can track the live location of the visiting FE upon activating the allocated time windows.
