We are a US-based service that offers convenience through pick-up and delivery, interactive customer service and efficient communication. To request a restring, simple open our app and follow the easy steps to place an order. A Direct Tennis team member will contact you shortly after your order is completed to confirm the information on your order. Your racquet will then be picked up, strung, and delivered in a timely manner so you can get back on court and play the sport that you love!
