digin port is a smartphone android App specifically designed for the delivery personnel who would use it for picking up the products ordered online through www.digin.in marketplace by the buyers at the sellers’ pickup points and drop it or deliver it at the buyers’ delivery addresses.
Delivery personnel gets a notification when a new order is ready for dispatch. The delivery personnel is required to accept the delivery job. Once done an OTP is received. The delivery personnel visits the seller’s pickup point, receives the products ready for dispatch and shares the OTP with the seller. The seller confirms it into the system. A new OTP is generated at the buyer’s end. The delivery personnel delivers the dispatched products to the buyer’s address. The buyer shares the OTP which the delivery personnel enters in the App. The system confirms the delivery.
