o To provide citizens with easy and fast platform to communicate with the police, mobile/web application has become an efficient platform to provide services of an organisation or department to the citizens.

o Emergency Help - A citizen can send emergency signal through SOS feature.
o They can report any incident with Photos/Audios/Video along with current location.
o Apply for different verification services provided by the police department from home itself. Can upload photographs of the documents for verification (utilizing less paper).

o Information at their fingertips regarding nearest police station, press releases, safety and awareness tips.
