DATAflor CONNECT

DATAflor AG develops software solutions for gardening and landscaping, landscape architecture and earthwork and civil engineering. DATAflor CONNECT is an extension of the industry solution DATAflor BUSINESS. DATAflor CONNECT connects the offices with the construction sites / the construction sites with the offices. The app provides all data and functions that are useful for DATAflor users on the road, e.g:

- Customers, suppliers, employees: addresses, contact data, contact persons, information
- Offers and order specifications with long texts, prices and preliminary calculation
- Access to all documents from the office's own document management system "DATAflor Building file" (if in use)
- Display and search of addresses and construction sites via a map function
- Recording of notes and visit reports
- Recording photos, videos and voice memos
- Transfer of the data to the construction file in the office
- Allocation of resubmissions to construction file users
- Notification of own new resubmissions

In order to use DATAflor CONNECT with the office's own data, data transfer must be activated in the BUSINESS Mobility Manager.
Even without this activation, DATAflor CONNECT can be used or tried out to the full extent with demo data.
