The order is forwarded to all registered tow companies to then review incident details, choose a tow operator & rig, and submit a quote. Jobs are awarded based on motorist preference or ETAs and affordability.

When a job is assigned, location, vehicle and other details are sent straight to the operator’s smartphone so they can map directions, report job status, upload photos, call non-emergency dispatch, and more, all from our app.
