Crafty is a completely free platform that helps you find self-employed workers. We have a huge desire to see the self-employed workers being increasingly valued. Disappointed with the amount of financial, physical and human resources wasted day after day in virtually all our activities, we decided to demonstrate that it is possible to better remunerate those who work without transferring additional costs to those who contract or purchase.

We are not a self-employed agency. Far from it. Agencies in addition to intermediary hiring and charging your workers, hardly care about the satisfaction and balanced appreciation of their professionals. At Crafty, workers are hired directly by customers interested in your services and you negotiate directly with them! Without the interference of anyone! Here, they are their own boss! :)
