Mobile time recording and construction site documentation

- Work orders generated using CP scheduling as well as data from the CP billing document manager can be displayed in the day plan of the column on the mobile device
- Details of the work order, such as the work to be performed, are available on the mobile device

Time recording:
 - Booking (time stamp) of the staff is possible as a group booking and as a single booking
- To and from individual employees on the mobile device
- Personal user login with individual permissions
- Time recording by activating the respective power (drive, work, break, end)
- Plausibility check of time recording
- Optional presentation of position data on the map by location tracking every time you use the mobile time clock
- Booking in offline mode possible
 
Documentation:
- Images / PDF to the respective insurance provider can be sent in both directions (photo documentation)
- Checklist / documentation for the construction site (eg company nameplate, release plate, etc.)
- Transfer of the times via mobile card or WLan into the time recording CPControlling
- Handover of the construction site photos into the picture folder of the payee
