Conexão DNIT

The DNIT Connection is the National Traffic Education Program developed by DNIT (National Department of Transport Infrastructure) through the Transport and Logistics Laboratory (LabTrans) of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), according to the Decentralized Execution Term 448.2017.

The DNIT Connection Program has been built based on a vision to compose a national traffic education network in a continuous and sustainable manner with the participation of teachers and their respective schools, and of the other institutions installed in cities close to federal highways under jurisdiction of the DNIT.

To that end, it seeks to foster and improve traffic education actions and provide educational materials and tools for the organization and dissemination of good practices related to traffic education in Brazil. The actions are guided by the realization of studies and research to elaborate the DNIT institutional material for traffic education, to support and format permanent, self-sustainable programs and projects and periodic traffic education cycle.
