You can use the application to search for colleagues throughout Italy, immediately offer the compensation for the activity you need, in order to receive suitable applications for the proposed compensation.

You will receive NOT A LIST OF NAMES to contact and ask if they are available, but A LIST OF COLLEAGUES ALREADY AVAILABLE to choose from and call them on their mobile immediately, they are just waiting for the ASSIGNMENT of the assignment.

Can't make it to the hearing in time? Use “COLLEGATE” and in a few moments you will be able to find a lawyer already in Court who can replace you!

DOMICILIATION
You receive a domiciliation even if you do not have an office in the municipality where the Judicial Office is located, the Colleague APP will automatically send you the searches that concern the jurisdiction of your Judicial Forum.

REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
Receive notifications from the application on your mobile phone the instant a domiciliation request is made or when a colleague responds to a search you made, don't waste time, solve your problem in real time.

LEGAL AGENDA
To facilitate the management of the assignments received and the personal commitments of each Lawyer, Colleague provides users with a convenient Legal Diary, through which they can manage their Appointments, Obligations and Hearings.
You can easily start using the Legal Agenda without the complexities of a classic office management system. You won't have to worry about creating registers and censuses, but you can immediately start inserting events into the Agenda. You will be able to specify the most common details of the appointment and the practice, such as Party, Counterparty, Judicial Office, Judge and NRG.

SYNCHRONIZATION WITH THE CALENDAR
Each event entered in the Legal Agenda will be automatically synchronized with your calendar on your mobile phone.

NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS
Colleague will be with you during all steps of searching for candidates and carrying out an assignment. You will receive updates via Push Notifications and Email during each phase of the activity, to allow you to always take the right actions and not be penalized during future searches.

Colleague is always in first place when it comes to attention to its users, and this is why it provides a convenient News section in which to consult the daily news shared by the most authoritative sector publications.

HEARING MINUTES
Create a Hearing Report directly from the application. You will be able to share it privately with the Counterparty and the Judge, and allow them to fill it in even if they are not part of Colleague.
Privacy and security are top of mind for Colleague, and it is for this reason that access to the shared report will only be possible through a PIN which must be communicated directly to the Counterparty and the Judge. All reports created and contents inserted will be deleted as soon as the system detects inactivity on them and in any case after 24 hours from creation.
