Colégio Clovis

In July 1952, a dream begins, a struggle that lasts until today. In the small laundry room of the house, the young woman starts a preparatory school for the entrance exams. Being the two teachers, Maria José and Seraphim, they were running after the ideal of education that they had in their hearts.

Colégio Clóvis Bevilácqua was born, with few resources, a lot of courage, courage and an innovative vision of what should be the training of a person, which can be education. From a very early age, the founders discovered the College's innate vocation, its fundamental mission, to professionalize and train people first of all. The areas and courses have evolved over time and the market in the region. Santo André together with the Greater ABC has become one of the largest industrial centers in Brazil and over the years, the College has grown with the city. Gradually the courses were opened and improved, today there are six courses in all, taught concurrently with High School, lasting 3 or 4 years or only the Vocational (Post-High), lasting 12 or 18 months: Administration, Electronics, Informatics, Clinical Pathology, Advertising and Chemistry.
