- HOW TO WIN MOTELS?
• The participant, already duly registered, must present the identification QRCODE through the screen of his cell phone and a document that proves his CPF number and age to the receptionist upon his arrival at the partner motel, for the proper validation of his Flex account ( and this must be done right at the entrance), that's it!

• When leaving the partner motel, the entire balance of your account payable will be reverted to motels at Flex Motels.

• We remind you that this process must be repeated every time the participant wants to accumulate his motelécas.

- MOTELECAS RESCUE
• To exchange Motels in the Program for a free night voucher or discounts, the participant must reach the minimum number of motels required.

• Changes will not be allowed after requesting redemption of motels.

• The motels used in the redemption will be automatically debited in the system, when the voucher is generated.

• The use of the voucher must be made within the terms and use of the same, which is displayed by the system on screen at the time, the choice of suite will be according to the availability of the partner motel and the suite upon arrival .

• To use a voucher, participants must have previously generated their free night voucher and must present the identification QRCODE through their cell phone screen and a document proving their CPF number and age to the receptionist upon arrival at the partner motel, for proper validation of your Flex account (and this must be done right at the entrance), after the participant must inform the receptionist that he has a voucher exchanged for motels and that he wants to use it, the receptionist will then validate all the information through the system already confirming the use of your voucher, this must be done right on your arrival at the motel.

• We remind you that it will not be possible to validate your voucher when you are leaving the motel.

- VALIDITY OF MOTELS
• Accumulated points will be valid for 6 months after the date of the last purchase.

• The redeemed voucher, if not used, is valid for up to 180 days after the date it was generated, and can be used within any of the valid days.

• Take the opportunity to update your data and always follow your balance, redeem the prizes that we make available to our loyalty program participants.
