HOW IT WORKS

1. Start by Scheduling a pick up using your iPhone or iPad app. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window and that’s it! You can list special care instructions for each and every item you add to your shopping cart should you desire. Have delicate items that you don’t want dried? No problem! Do you want fabric softener on your towels? No problem! Whatever you want, just let us know—we’ve got you covered.

2. Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a City Laundry driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification, you can track your City Laundry driver’s progress on Google Maps in real-time, block-by-block. City Laundry saves you time.

City Laundry will pick up directly from you at your door, your doorman if available or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, it’s that simple.

3. Back at our facility, every customer’s laundry is looked after separately and diligently by our team of specialists which take great care to preserve the quality of your garments and other items. Our sophisticated order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions that you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care. Weight is taken upon arrival and confirmed when laundering is complete to ensure that all of your items are accounted for.

Upon completion of your order, our team will pack your clean laundry in a City Laundry bag, which we provide for free.
