Law 12.651 / 2012 defined in its scope the regularization of the forest code, providing the guidelines for the creation of the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR), which, according to Article 29, is an electronic national public registry, mandatory for all rural properties , with the purpose of integrating the environmental information of the properties and rural possessions, composing data base for control, monitoring, environmental and economic planning and combat deforestation. The cadastre of the rural properties is made in SICAR.

The National System of Rural Environmental Cadastre - SICAR was created by Decree n. 7.830 / 2012 and defined as an electronic system of national scope for the integration and management of environmental information of rural properties throughout the country. This information is intended to subsidize policies, programs, projects and activities of control, monitoring, environmental and economic planning and the fight against illegal deforestation.

This application deals with the use of the Owner's / Owner's Center, one of the SiCAR modules, in a mobile version, providing access for owners and legal representatives, attending with greater practicality the communication between the body responsible for receiving registrations in the CAR and the owner of the rural property.

The Central Owner / Owner APP has the objective of providing the rural property owners with an area where they can check their real estate situation in real time, as well as make decisions about the analysis of their cadastre, and can send requested documents, justifications, among others;
