Cellcard Dealer Application

CellCard Dealer Application is a digital business tool which is aimed to provide the dealers to register new customer when the customer purchases a SIM card, as well as to verify and update customer profiles. The SIM card activation feature helps the dealer to activate SIM card along with the pre-toppings.

Functionalities:
• Provide dealers to capability to validate user profile and help user to edit or re-register his/her identification.
• Register user identification and electronically upload the profile to CellCard in compliance with Telecom Regulation of Cambodia.
• SIM Activation, to activate a customer SIM card.
