CEL-FI MyWAVE

MyWAVE is a simple “Follow my Phone” utility for your CEL-FI GO/ROAM. Get setup in a few easy steps and run the app in the background while on the road. This will ensure your CEL-FI device is boosting the same frequency and technology the phone prefers.

The app periodically uses the Telephony function getAllCellInfo() while running in the foreground or background to determine what EARFCN or UARFCN the phone is camped on. The app sends this data to our CEL-FI booster in the vehicle via Bluetooth LE. This enables us to boost the particular EARFCN or UARFCN that the phone is using. The app must be run (even in the background while driving) so the user in the vehicle can be connected for directions, music, etc.
