CASAN SC (ANTIGO) APP

Official application of CASAN (Companhia Catarinense de Águas e Saneamento), which aims to shorten the distance between the company and the population, serving as a direct channel of communication, thus facilitating public access to the services provided by the company and the exercise of active citizenship.
Among its main functionalities, the following stand out:
1-) Interactively view information about your consumer units, such as outstanding invoices, invoice history and volume of water supplied (with comparative graphs); in addition to being possible to download documents in PDF, such as the second copy of invoices ("proof of residence"), the debt settlement certificate from the previous year and the debt clearance certificate.
2-) View all CASAN branches on the map and find the nearest branch (based on the user's positioning);
3-) Report problems such as leaks and lack of water in the property or on the street, with photos being able to be inserted and, when necessary, the geolocation of the occurrence;
4-) Receive personalized notifications (even with the application closed), such as water shortage warnings, availability of new invoices (including high consumption alerts) and status changes of tickets opened through the application.
