At CareApp, our purpose is simple – to support people who are aging or have a disability to live well.

We believe that living well is more than the absence of illness, it is about optimising wellbeing, this includes, health, relationships, purpose, environment and feelings of safety and security. This requires collaboration between an individual’s support network which might include family, care teams, volunteers, service providers, friends and neighbours. CareApp brings all the people and communication together in one place to help build an amazing care community around the individuals, supporting them to live well.
