Care-Box

The Care-Box app is a hypermarket chosen and trusted by customers for authentic quality-controlled products and services at affordable prices. We started our journey on June 2021 and launched our E-commerce website in October 2021. Customers will be able to buy a wide range of products from here. They can buy from a collection of body-care products, private-care products, and grocery items. We have two types of the delivery system, regular and express delivery. Regular delivery is free, and we are delivering it within two days. In the case of Express delivery, we are delivering the product within 2 hours in Dhaka. Moreover, we have an additional service where customers can book a consultation with our in-house doctors. And, then the particular customer can visit the doctor.

Our app will cater to customers by providing authentic products. For grocery items, all of our products are fresh and without any contamination. We have started our journey by launching an E-commerce website, and up until now, we did not have any complaints regarding the wellness and freshness of our grocery items. If an item has exceeded the expiry date, we dispose of the item. We do not sell any item if it is past the expiry date.

The body care and private-care products at our disposal also have the same quality. We keep products of the highest quality, and we do not house any products which have exceeded the expiry date. Furthermore, we are giving our customers an option to place a request if a product is unavailable in our database. To place a request, a customer needs to provide product name, quantity and mobile number. Also, he can upload a picture of the product, although it is optional. Then, we will deliver the product within two days.
