If you link it with your device, step count data will be automatically reflected in the app.

~To everyone who is currently using “Google Fit™ collaboration”~
Due to the end of Google Fit™ collaboration within the service,
We have confirmed that customers who are currently setting up Google Fit™ integration are experiencing errors or being blocked when starting the app.
If this issue occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please delete the app data from the "Settings" app on your device and log in again to resolve the issue.
*Please be assured that all previously recorded data will be restored even after you log in again.
*The procedure differs depending on the device you are using. An example is given below.
Example of steps for Google Pixel:
Apps > CARADA > Storage and cache > Clear storage
Example of procedure for Galaxy:
App > CARADA > Storage > Clear data

You will receive a report once a week. You can look at the report, improve your lifestyle habits, and aim to achieve your goals.

*Basic functions*
① Daily data management such as steps, sleep, meals, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar level, etc.
You can choose the items to be displayed on the home screen according to your preferences.

②Data management of test results taken at medical institutions
Test values ​​can be registered by entering them directly or by reading the QR code printed on the test result form.
*Registration using a QR code is only available upon request from a compatible medical institution.

③Manage health checkup results
You can take a photo of your health checkup result form and upload it. For those who have received usage information from the company, the health examination results will be reflected in the order.

④Goal setting function
You can set goals for steps, weight, diet, waist circumference, and blood pressure.

⑤Weekly report
You will receive a weekly report on your steps, weight, mood, and stamps. You can check the goal achievement status and look back on the recorded contents with the report.

⑥WAON POINT collaboration
By configuring the settings, you can accumulate WAON POINTs according to the number of steps you take.
* "WAON POINT" is limited to 1 point for walking 8,000 steps or more in a day, and points from the 1st to the last day of the month will be awarded by the end of the following month.
*If you have received usage instructions from a company, you may not be able to use this feature.
