What is Cap Fitness:

CAP Fitness was founded by Camise Angeline Patterson, a former D1 college athlete. Camise created CAP Fitness because she noticed the lack of access to exercise and proper nutrition in the Black community.

Who is Cap Fitness for:

Only clients of Cap Fitness, LLC may use this app; clients must have an online account to use the Cap Fitness mobile app.
