This app was created out of the frustration of not being able to easily record calisthenics workouts which use a number of tools such as resistance bands or exercise variations/progressions to achieve a goal. It also has features to keep you honest such as a timer for rest period and a timer for isometric holds (No more counting to 10 in your head in 3 seconds while you hold a human flag or back lever)
