Report these occurrences when and wherever observed through the app. Using the ‘Complaints’ feature of the app, you can register your grievances or complaints on the matters like: poor or sub-standard quality of marked products, misuse of our marks, misleading claims of quality or lacuna in our services. Through a simple user registration or OTP based login, simply select the type of complaint you want to register, fill the details of the complaint, preferably with evidences, through a well-designed and convenient forms and submit. Get acknowledgement of your complaint with a complaint number on your mobile number and email for future reference.
Our concerned department will take necessary action on your complaint and provide requisite redressal as per the latest guidelines in place.
