BIHAN is an app for all the officials/workers of the Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar to digitize real-time information thereby enabling
1. First and comprehensive application to assess crop coverage of all crops including horticulture crops
2. Crop target and crop damage to be reported directly from farms
3. Crop coverage areas to be assessed by each panchayat
4. All officials including those in HQ office in Patna to be connected in real-time
5. Senior officials like Secretary or Director to share instructions anytime and this would reach all officials immediately
6. Training videos for field officers
