AAC in Indonesian with Simple Image Visualizations

The Berkata Application (Sharing Words) is a communication tool for individuals who have limitations in their verbal communication skills, either speech delay or non-verbal.

The basic concept of this application design uses the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) method, with a communication approach by exchanging images. The effectiveness of this method has been recommended by various research results by many Speech Pathologists from other countries.

But keep in mind that the main key to self-development of each individual is the “close bond between the individual himself and the people around him”, which is built consistently.

The AAC Speaks application provides a set of features that support the individual's non-verbal or Speech Delay communication needs:

Provide more than 100 Word Cards in 10 Categories as default collection for every new user.

Equipped with pronunciation sound in Indonesian accent*
By using Text-to-Speech technology, each Word Card can produce a more accurate pronunciation according to the Indonesian accent.
*Some devices require additional settings to activate this feature

Add Your Own Word Card collection
It is possible to add your own collection of Word Cards using self-produced photos, according to user requirements.
