Welcome to Bakkerij Heidi, a proud Belgian pastry shop, which has been awarded as one of the top 50 pastry chefs in Belgium by Gault-Millau since 2016, something we are particularly proud of and motivates us to perform even better every day.

In both 2021 and 2022, we were voted "Best Baker in Flemish Brabant" by the readers and the professional jury of the newspaper Het Nieuwsblad. This is also a recognition for which we are very grateful.

Our absolute classic and top favorite of many is the “PLOTER PIE”: a deliciously crispy shortcrust pastry base, filled with airy cream, raspberries, fresh whipped cream, finished with a creamy layer of soft Italian meringue. Our customers always call this cake "the best cake ever".

Be sure to try the PLOTER-ICE variant: shortcrust pastry filled with soft vanilla ice cream, refreshing raspberry sorbet, marzipan, and again finished with our signature Italian merengue.
