BadgEasy

"BadgEasy" detects employee attendance quickly and easily.

"BadgEasy" is an app RESERVED for users already ENABLED for the You @ SIGMA service (employee's corner), the Self Service form for employees of the National Health System managed with SIGMA HR Suite solutions.
ATTENTION: TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT to use the same credentials as the employee's corner, in fact they must first be enabled by their personal office.
With "BadgEasy" your employees can causalizzare their own entry or exit stamps in real time during their travels. Each stamping contains the time information of the moment in which it was executed in addition to the geographical position in which it is located, guaranteeing the correctness of the data (position and time) that cannot be modified arbitrarily by the user.
 
The geographic coordinates can be detected in the modes:

    Via VIRTUAL stampers: by selecting the location where stamping can be performed from a list of possible places of interest already enabled by the personal office.
    Reading a QR-CODE strategically placed in a location and office that uniquely identifies the position and possibly an associated cause (Ex: Training course).
    Reading a NFC tag strategically positioned in a location and office that uniquely identifies the position and possibly an associated causal (Ex: Training course).

A GPS coordinate will always be associated to the stamping, which will be valid only if within a tolerance previously associated with the position in which the stamping will be performed.
 
Each employee is naturally identified through a personal account with which he can also view his own bookings.
