The Àuria Labor Inclusion Foundation (AuriaFIL) is part of the Àuria Group's set of Social Economy Entities, with 50 years of experience in the field of labor insertion.

We look after the quality of life, social participation, job placement, the creation of quality jobs for real and effective inclusion in community environments. At the Special Employment Center we offer work opportunities to people in a situation or at risk of social and labor exclusion, primarily from the territorial area of ​​the Baix Llobregat Nord, the majority of people with intellectual disabilities who have more difficulties accessing the ordinary labor market.

To guarantee this employment and viability, we develop a portfolio of services for companies that includes new social economy business initiatives and reinforce activities that opt ​​for inclusive business formulas.
