Founded on March 31, 1987, the Association of Transportation and Traffic Servers of the Municipality (Astram) is one of the most recognized entities of the union movement in Bahia. In the 1980s, he led the claims of civil servants in the city's transportation and transit area. At the time, under strong repression, the organization of these workers began, guaranteeing even our greatest benefit: the health plan.
