Liquidators: view the Statement, fees in collection with the possibility of generating a 2nd copy per unit and access the list of tenants, send documents / payments shoot notices to tenants, create a wall for the condominium, access your digital accountability folder, schedule the collection of documents (call the motorcycle) and much more;
Owners:
Quotas (2nd copy of Boleto) - Send the quota link by e-mail or copy the digitable line to make the payment in your bank's application.

Space reservation * - Reserve spaces such as a party room, barbecue grills or schedule changes.
Wall - Receive alerts and notices and follow messages on the wall about the realization of services, events, lost and found and other subjects.
Talk to the Manager / Manager * - Report occurrences, complaints, suggestions or make a maintenance request. You can even attach photos!
Poll - Participate in polls created by the liquidator to provide your opinion on the affairs of the condominium.
