From the decree of a state of quarantine in the prisons of the State of Espírito Santo, which imposed on the inmates the impediment of visits, therefore, with the external environment, the Penitentiary of Medium Security of Colatina (PSMECOL) created a tool of relevance, interactive , which allows for participation and collective construction, which is direct, agile, quickly disseminated and provides up-to-date information in a transparent manner.
The idea, then, was to create a digital platform that serves as support, combined with technology and focused on communication and information.
