Tell all food consumed. The more details the better, you can tell the ingredients and tags to control the possible dangerous products.

Soaps, diapers, baby wipes or perfumes may be causing reactions. Write down every time you change the brand of these and other cosmetics.

Tell all suspect that the child is feeling. It can be shown that time of day has occurred. Report also the intensity: the symptoms were mild, medium or strong?

Some children react to simple contact with food traits to which you are allergic. A kiss on the hand of someone who has consumed food can trigger an allergic reaction. Write down all the tours and visits not to be in doubt.
