Annotation Logger

Logs the time stamp to a text file in dataLogger/AnnoLog folder. Includes the name of the button inthe third column column. To be used to add annotations to other logged data. This app saves the UTC timestamp as an integer, and writes the local time in yyyymmdd_HHmmss string as well.
