Almost all services from the Federal Revenue Service can be performed remotely, through one of our virtual service channels. However, for services that require face-to-face attendance, it is necessary to schedule an appointment time in advance.
The Scheduling app displays the units (closest to the user's location) that serve the chosen service. Setting the date and time is simple and, after scheduled, it is possible to synchronize with the calendar, share with other media, view on the map and trace routes to the chosen unit.
