Khemkaji’s ISHAN AcuGyan is a searchable knowledgebase of Ayurvedic and TCM Acupressure protocols and books published by Acupressure Shodh, Prashikshan Evam Upchar Sansthan (ASPEUS), Prayagraj, India.
The field of acupressure is very vast and still expanding, thanks to the pioneering research work being carried out at ASPEUS. Late Sri. M P Khemkaji and Sri. J P Agarwalji of ASPEUS have made immense research into acupressure and created a vast body of new knowledge in the field of Acupressure. Especially, the field of Ayurvedic Acupressure is a completely new original contribution of these two selfless saints.
To search through treatment options for any condition, students and practicing therapists usually have to go through multiple books (there are more than 50 of them!) and other reference materials. Not only is this very time consuming but also practically impossible to even know about all the available options. Several of the excellent protocols and key information remain undiscovered and unexplored by even very experienced therapists. Also, it is almost an impossible task for the therapists to be carrying around such a huge collection of books when they have to treat patients in places other than their regular clinics.
ISHAN AcuGyan, a project of ISHAN Bengaluru, aims at solving this problem so that therapists can instantly search through the entire knowledgebase and discover the needed vital theoretical information and actual protocols from their mobile phone anytime anywhere as long they have an internet connection.
