What is Activ'Route?
Do you want to become an actor in prevention and road safety? This is what Activ'Route offers you, created by the Ligue de Défense des Drivers to facilitate the procedure for citizens wishing to report dangerous areas on the roads and contribute to improving road safety (30% of fatal accidents involve at least one infrastructure factor). Pothole, degraded road, speed bump too high, inappropriate speed limit, unsuitable layout, inconsistent signage: to report all these faults on our app, all you have to do is fill out a single, simple form. Then instruct our team to identify the person responsible for the maintenance of the road concerned (city, department, road management, etc.) and to bring the report to their attention. We ensure the follow-up of the file until its resolution.

Activ'Route is simple
Step 1: In the car, the app downloaded to your smartphone allows you to geolocate the dangerous area that you have just detected.
For your safety, if you are driving, we invite you to delegate this operation to your passenger or to carry it out afterwards, after having memorized the location of the place in question. Don't have a network? No big deal, we have planned an offline mode.
Step 2: Your report is made. The rest of the description of the danger zone (nature of the fault, photo to download) can be done on the telephone or computer (www.activroute.org). All in a very intuitive way: our unique form is ultra-simplified, suitable for all types of report.
Step 3: The Drivers Defense League centralizes your report, analyzes and processes it individually, then forwards it to the local authorities managing the lanes concerned. We don't stop there: we follow up with the competent services, including reminders.
