[What is MYTOM?]
Tom & Toms' official membership application is equipped with a rechargeable prepaid card function that can be used like cash at Tom & Toms stores nationwide and a smart order function that allows ordering and payment before visiting the store. It also includes card (automatic) charging, card gifts, coupon services, We provide services such as store locator. Additionally, when you use My Tam, [Tam] and [Stamps] are accumulated, and you can receive free drink coupons (T) and various benefits according to your membership level.

[Main functions]
- Mobile prepaid card registration, purchase, (automatic) recharge, smart order, delivery, gifting
- Check and use coupons given to application members
- Earn tam and stamps when paying for manufactured drinks with a prepaid card
- Provides a function to find a nearby store

[Smart order and smart drive-through, delivery]
Smart Order: This is a smart function that allows you to order and pay for various products such as drinks and food before visiting the store.
Smart Drive-Thru (Valet Order): This is a function that allows you to order and pay before visiting the store and then pick it up while in your car.
Delivery: This is a service where drinks and food are delivered without visiting the store.

[Card registration and use]
Registration: If you register the MyTom physical card purchased at the store in the MyTom APP, you can use it in two versions: the physical card and the APP.
Usage: In the app, all stores (excluding some stores, displayed separately in My Tam and website announcements)




[Card purchase and recharge]
Purchase: You can purchase MyTom physical cards at Tom&Toms stores nationwide.
Charging: Charging is possible at Tom & Toms stores nationwide or within the MyTom APP.
(Recharge limit per person: KRW 100,000, Recharge limit per ID: KRW 500,000)
General recharge: The amount is charged to the designated card immediately upon payment.
Automatic recharge of standard lower limit: If the balance of the designated card falls below the set standard amount,
The specified amount will be recharged using the selected payment method.
Automatic monthly recharge: The specified amount is recharged every month as of the date of setting.

[Tam, collect stamps]
How to earn: Tam and stamps are accumulated when you pay for the ordered menu with a My Tam prepaid card.
(Points cannot be accumulated when making multiple payments, and points cannot be earned when paying with a physical card that is not registered in the MyTom APP)
Accumulation criteria: One tom and stamp are accumulated simultaneously for each manufactured beverage or bakery order.
Benefits of accumulating TOMS: When you achieve 40 TOMS, you are upgraded to GOLD level, and when you achieve 100 TOMS, you are upgraded to VIP level. Detailed benefits for each level can be found on My Page in the MyTom APP.
Stamp accumulation benefit: When you accumulate 12 stamps, you will receive one free drink coupon (T).

Permission is required to use the service. You can agree to the optional access rights when using the relevant function, and even if you do not agree, you can use services other than the relevant function normally.

[Required access rights]
- Device (phone number) and app history: device identification, checking for running app errors and improving usability
- Storage space: Save image data and resources

[Optional access rights]
- Contact information (address book): Used when searching for contact information when gifting a MyTom card.
- Camera/Photo: Used to take and register profile photos
- Location: Used for smart ordering and finding nearby stores
- Biometric ID: Used to set My Tam app lock
