The Tokyu Line app is an official app provided by Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Bus.
This service allows you to use the Tokyu Line more conveniently, including timetables, service information, train and bus locations, and more.

◇What you can do with the Tokyu Line app◇

[TOQ COIN]
TOQ COIN is a service where you can accumulate special coins within the Tokyu Line app by riding on the Tokyu Line or purchasing a commuter pass, which can be exchanged for Tokyu Line tickets.
*Replacement products are currently being prepared.
*TOKYU ID is required to use TOQ COIN. Please register as a TOKYU ID member.

[My page]
By registering frequently used stations, bus stops, and bus lines on My Page, you can quickly access timetables, train locations, bus approach information, bus locations, etc. You can set multiple settings (up to 20 stations, bus routes, and bus systems) and rearrange the display order, so you can use it to suit your needs.

[Operation information/notices/push notifications]
We will deliver information such as delays and suspension of operations regarding stations and routes registered on My Page.
Operation information will also be delivered via push notifications. You can check the route status and route map within the push notification without opening the app.
*Bus operation information push notifications are not supported.

[Train running position]
You can check the current location of the train on each line, its destination, arrival time/scheduled time at each station, and estimated time.
*Kodomo no Koku Line is not supported.
*Only the Ikegami Line, Tokyu Tamagawa Line, and Setagaya Line will display the arrival time/scheduled time.

If you tap "Vehicle Information", you can see the congestion level of each vehicle on some lines (for some trains on the Den-en-toshi Line, the congestion level of each vehicle in real time) and the location of free spaces.

[Bus route]
You can set a bus route by simply entering the bus stop where you want to get on and off. When you set a bus route, you can check the estimated time of arrival at the bus stop, congestion level, route, list of stops to your destination, operation information, etc. in real time. In addition, the update speeds up the update of bus location information and improves real-time performance.

[Bus driving position]
You can check the location of buses currently operating by route in real time. When you select a bus stop name, the waiting time for the bus approaching that bus stop will be displayed, as well as the estimated time it will take from the time you board the bus.

[Delay certificate]
You can obtain a certificate using the app without having to line up at the station counter.

[Station information]
You can view the following information about Tokyu Line stations.
・Timetable
・Home map
・Plant map
・Barrier-free support (installation status of various equipment, etc.)
・Ticket gate congestion level
