■Bonus 1: Earn 1 point for every 100 yen (tax included). Cash or credit is OK!
You can earn Tokyu Plaza Points by presenting the app screen at the register at a participating store.
*Some stores are not eligible for points depending on the facility. Please contact the store you wish to use in advance.

■Bonus 2: If you accumulate 500 points, you can spend 500 yen worth of shopping and meals.
You can use your points for shopping and dining in units of 500 points. (1 point = 1 yen)

■Bonus 3: Receive birthday points during your birthday month.
If you register by the end of the previous month, you will automatically receive 100 points around the 1st to 5th of your birthday month.
*Once you have registered your birthday, you cannot change it.

●Can be transferred from point card●
You can transfer your points and registration information when registering for the app.
*Point card number and PIN code are required for transfer.
*Once transferred, the original point card will become invalid.
*Issuance of point cards will end on September 30, 2019.

●Using points is more convenient and easy●
There is no need to issue a shopping ticket when using the points you have accumulated, and you can use the points directly at the cash register at the time of checkout.
(Points can be used in units of 500 points)
*If you have not registered your member information by September 30, 2019, you will need to move to the "app" and register your member information in order to use points.

●Point cards can still be used●
Even if you do not switch to the "app" immediately, you can continue to use your point card until March 31, 2021.
However, in the following cases, only the "app" is supported.
*Once transferred, the original point card will become invalid.

・When a card malfunction occurs such as magnetic failure
Point cards cannot be issued (including reissued) after October 1, 2019, so you will need to migrate to the "app" to use points.

・Check your points
As of September 30, 2019, the "WEB My Page" and "In-building Point Station" services have ended.
Please move to the app or ask the shop staff.

・Check your shopping history
As the "WEB My Page" service ended on September 30, 2019, you can only check it using the "app".



■You may not be able to start the app unless you have updated to the latest version.

■If the app does not start, is forced to close, or cannot be updated, please restart the device you are using, or try deleting the "Tokyu Plaza app" and reinstalling it.
You can continue to use registered information such as points held by logging in with the same ID even when reinstalling or changing devices.
