"Zai" is a free communication app that allows multiple occupations related to medical care and long-term care to "visualize" each other's medical treatment, treatment, and daily situations of patients (users). Users (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, care managers, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, helpers, long-term care facility staff, etc.) can share information with each other using basic patient information, calendars, and chat functions. We aim to solve the problem of multidisciplinary collaboration in Japan, which is facing a super-aging society, by "Zai".

◆ Patient (user) basic information sharing
Users can input and share medical / long-term care information that each other has as basic information. By creating not only medical information such as the name of the disease and the current medical history, but also the long-term care information input screen such as long-term care insurance information, ADL, and social background, we aim for a wide range of cooperation from medical care to long-term care.

◆ Calendar
Medical / long-term care establishment users can "visualize" interventions that were previously invisible to each other by entering their own schedules and medical / long-term care details.

◆ Home goods management
Home-visit medical care ・ The problem of home-based goods such as intravenous drip, which has become complicated between home-visit nursing stations, can be solved by using the goods carry-in input / goods implementation input function in the calendar.

◆ Chat
Users can share important information by exchanging messages between multiple or individuals on the patient bulletin board.

◆ Security by invitation system
Patient information is completely invited so that only staff involved in medical care and long-term care can access it. It is possible for the first time to access patient (user) information by creating the patient (user) screen in charge by yourself or by receiving an invitation from another user who is in charge of the same patient (user).
