Kalym - the application allows you to search for performers to perform temporary work, or search for an employee for a permanent job.

Finding a part-time job for students, already working people, or a part-time job at home or on weekends is easy!

We have created a convenient and understandable advanced functionality for you.

For customers / employers

- You can find a performer in the “Search for performers” by setting the required parameters: country, region / city, category in which you need a specialist.
You will immediately have access to the contact details (phone number, email) of the specialist - no intermediaries!
- You can place an assignment and select an executor from the list of respondents, where you can view their profile (information, portfolio, reviews from other customers) and the amount for which they are ready to complete the assignment (executors can compete with each other, knocking down the amount).
- Convenient and universal filling of placed tasks: selection of categories, selection of the currency of settlement with the contractor, indicating the address on the map, adding photos.
- To clarify the details of the assignment, there are comments where potential performers can ask questions.
- To communicate with the selected performer, it will not necessarily be called up - in the application, an internal chat will be available only between the performer and the customer.
- After completing the task, you can leave your feedback to the performer.
- All tasks (for moderation, actual, completed) will be available in a convenient section "My tasks".

For performers / workers

- If you are tired of intermediaries, then we do not have them! You can activate the "artist account" in your personal account and your profile with contact information will be available to customers in the "search for an artist" section.
- Here you can add a portfolio of your work and fill in your profile in detail - this will help customers make the right choice!
- In the "Find tasks" section, you can find tasks by the required parameters, indicating the country, region / city, the category of tasks of interest.
- If the task is in search, then it is relevant. Tasks are deleted after 5 days, or on the next day of the end date (if specified by the customer).
- It is possible to view those who have already responded to the task, to set their own amount for which they are ready to perform the work (yes, it is possible to compete with other performers by reducing the rate).
- To clarify the details of the assignment, the customer has the opportunity to leave comments.
- If you have been chosen as the executor of the task, then you will have the opportunity to contact the customer using the contact information that will become available (phone number, email), or through the internal chat of the application.
- After completing the task, you can leave your feedback to the customer.

This list does not include all the pleasant things that await you in our application for finding a part-time job. We tried to take into account many reviews of users of third-party applications and cover not only large cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk, Kiev, Astana, but also most of the settlements in 6 countries!
