The application allows you to quickly contact city services and monitor the execution of your application.

You can:
Leave a request with a photo or an appeal on a wide range of issues related to:
- exploitation of housing stock;
- operation of public transport;
- communal infrastructure;
- sanitary maintenance of citywide and local areas, parks, playgrounds;
- work of intra-block and street lighting;
- maintenance of roads.

And:
- obtain information on outages of resources (hot or cold water, electricity) in your home;
- monitor the implementation of the application;
- evaluate the result;
- express gratitude to the performers;
- keep abreast of current city news.
