1. Main features and content

-Mobile advance check-in: You can check-in quickly and easily via mobile.
-Mobile check-out: After using the room, you can easily pay non-face-to-face and check out right away.
-Mobile key: You can easily use the elevator and open the room door using your mobile phone without a physical key.
-Season ticket registration: You can register the season ticket you purchased and immediately register your locker.
-Coupon box: You can use the coupons you have in the coupon box.

2. Permissions required by the app

The following permissions are required when using the Konjiam Resort app.

[Optional access rights]
- Phone/Microphone: This permission is used for logging in and making phone calls to the front desk when using the room.
- Location/nearby devices: When the mobile key for guest rooms and common areas communicates with the door lock, the corresponding permission is used.
- Camera: This permission is used when taking photos for season ticket authentication.
- Files and Media [Storage Space]: This permission is used when uploading photos taken for season ticket authentication to the system.

When using the service, you will be asked whether to allow the above permissions the first time. Afterwards, you can modify the existing permissions in the Mobile Phone Settings > Application Management > Gonjiam Resort > Permissions menu.
※ Location permission is used to call the door lock using Bluetooth, but location information is only used during the communication process and is not collected or stored.
※ If you deny the above permission, you will not be able to use the service, but you can use other app services normally.

3. Collection and use of personal information

Your personal information is collected and used to provide services for the Konjiam Resort app.
When registering as a member and using such information, we will provide detailed information on the collection content, purpose, and retention period of personal information and receive your consent.
You may refuse to consent to the provision of personal information except for the required consent items, but if you do not consent, you may not be able to use some services provided by the Konjiam Resort app.

Destroyed immediately upon withdrawal

[Optional] Online membership
