Total Fitness Workout Log APP
As you (or your clients) perform each exercise you enter in the weight done and the number of reps performed in the entry screen. Your immediately previous workout is listed on the exercise entry screen. Use this information to ensure you are working harder than you last session.
You then choose your rest interval by hitting either the 30, 60, 90 or 120 second timer buttons. The buttons count down your rest interval, and when your rest period is over, the alarm sounds and lets you know it's time to perform your next set.
All information is completely editable. You can edit the names of your workout locations (or client names), body parts and exercise names. You can also edit your current or previous sets and their associated dates.
The system will keep up to 12 months of your previous workouts.
This application was designed and written by a 30-year weight training veteran and exercise author. I welcome any suggestions to make this application better and provide more functionality.
