From the creators of BestNovels: The "Big Charlie Village" phenomenon haunts journalist Vivienne. For the sake of reporting, she even used the secret materials of her boyfriend from the SCP Foundation. She doesn't seem to fully understand the gravity of the situation...
The visual novel lures us into its web from the first minutes. In search of a village about which unusual rumors are circulating, Vivienne and cameraman Martin find themselves in the wilderness with punctured tires. On the road, as if on purpose, spikes were laid out. And as if by chance, a mechanic from the same village drives up to the characters. A mysterious and laconic man agrees to give them a lift and take the car for repairs.
Arriving at the place, the journalists go for a walk and see drawings and all kinds of images of a strange creature everywhere. And then - and a statue of a thin cow with a bird's head ... Offerings lie near it. The intrigue is that such a creepy creature (albeit with a harmless nickname) is something like a local deity.
The plot of the novel leads us to the temple, where Vivien and Martin meet the pastor. A meeting of parishioners and a meal are planned here. Of course, our travelers are also invited. The main course is juicy meat… that same Big Charlie! They say that the taste of this steak/burger (underline as appropriate) is impossible to forget. But wait. An unexpected and intriguing question arises for the game: does this Charlie really exist?! The journalists will receive an answer to the question a little later in a very intelligible form ...
Closer to the finale, the game begins to unwind at a frantic pace. In the classic horror film scheme, Vivien and Martin get separated, and of course one of the characters disappears. And the other is looking for and finally understands: "something is wrong here." The almost abandoned car repair shop becomes the last straw. Her yard is filled with cars with punctured tires (what the hell is this mechanic doing?!). While you count the goosebumps running through you, our character is looking for an opportunity to be as far away from this place as possible.
Many other details of the life of the mysterious village of Big Charlie will appear in the plot. Believe me, you will have to play in a rather tense atmosphere.
As in any SCP, this visual is characterized by a combination of genres: horror, fantasy, mysticism. First, you are lured with the promise of a hearty meal with an intriguing story about a sacred cow, and then you are left alone to deal with anomalies that even the Foundation did not dare to approach.
In each episode, the novella provides the reader with options. Your choice will directly affect the fate of the characters and several endings of the story. Therefore, we advise you to read the dialogues more carefully, perhaps today you will save more than one life!
