01 - SERVICE
The service refers to vehicular tracking through GSM and GPRS available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A specific data chip for wide coverage tracking is used. The equipment is provided on loan. Tecvel is entirely responsible for the installation, replacement and uninstallation.

02 - INSTALLATION
The installation is done at Tecvel physical store, Rua Pinto Madeira, 750. From Mon to Fri, 8h to 18h and Sat from 8h to 12h. We are not currently working at home. Installation service is charged and the value varies by vehicle model.

03 - PAYMENT OF MONTHLY
Payment for the tracking monthly fee is made by bank slip which will be sent by email and Whatsapp after 30 days from the date of joining.

05 - CONTRACT
