Kids learn about eating better, moving their bodies more and the importance
of sleep through bite-sized lessons, tailored to your family’s health goals.
Games, stories, puzzles, and real-life activities make the learning experience
not feel like learning at all. Kids complete dances, challenges, and exercises to progress in the physical activity space, while interactive content and recipes
get kids hands-on in the kitchen learning about nutrition. And when it comes
to building better sleep routines, kids benefit from a series of helpful tools,
including several audioscapes, specially designed to help them wind down and nod off at a regular time.
Using a behavioural science framework, its content has been developed by
childhood health experts and co-designed with more than 300 Queensland
families. The Podsquad app helps kids and families build healthy habits for
life.
