How does the app work?
With the mobile phone, the steps are automatically counted via secure interfaces and displayed on the start page. Each participant receives an individual daily and weekly step goal, which should be achieved over a period of 8 weeks. Individual progress can be tracked in the ranking. In addition, the participants receive new coaching content every week - consisting of psychological and sports science content, workouts, relaxation audios as well as tips and challenges for integrating more exercise into their everyday lives. At the end of the coaching, the users receive a certificate of participation.
Goal of the app?
The exercise behavior of KKH-insured persons should be promoted and strengthened. The aim is, on the one hand, to increase everyday activity and, on the other hand, to increase knowledge in health literacy on the subject of physical activity.
